Growing up in Sweden, I hated exercise and I never spent a moment thinking about healthy choices in my life. I moved to Colorado in my 40's and was introduced to Triathlons and Fitness and learned about balancing a Healthy Living. It had a huge impact on myself and my family.

My passion and success in all of it has evolved into helping women pursue their goals in wealth, health and fitness.
