4 weeks -triathlon clinic with certified USAT coach Jeannete S Hickok

June,  July and August 

Catering beginner to Intermediate 

Mondays  6.00 -7.30PM

 Thursdays 6.00- 7.30PM

Chatfield reservoir in Littleton CO. 

We'll practicing Open water swim, bike and runs. Bricks. Form, technique, nutrition, Transition, and gears.

  • Swimming – We will sort out your technique, grow your confidence in open water, learn swim-specific drills and have you swimming confident in no time! Wetsuit recommended in June.
  • Cycling – Learn to understand your gears, use cadence and heart rate zones, ride in a group.
  • Running – Develop correct technique, increase your aerobic fitness, understand cadence and gain confidence in your running no matter your fitness level or speed. Nobody gets left behind!
  • Transition – Learn the fundamentals of transition set up, T1 (swim to bike) and T2 (bike to run)

So what do you need: 

Don't be fooled into thinking you need to spend tons of money to get started in triathlon. All you’ll need is a positive attitude, and any type of bike that’s safe to ride on!

  • Swimming – Goggles, swimcap  (wetsuit too if you have one).
  • Cycling – A helmet and bicycle of any make, model or design is fine! Don’t forget to bring along shoes to wear on the bike, too!
  • Running – Joggers and comfortable running gear.

You can Multisport is a fully-inclusive and welcoming environment, supporting athletes of all genders, age, sexualities, ethnicities, beliefs and backgrounds.

Please Note: If you are under the age of 18, you will need parental/guardian approval.

State park pass is free of charge if you're  a Colorado resident with a car.

We offer sport specific training plans for Triathlons (Sprint to Ironman) Running (5K to Marathon) Coaching beginners and experienced.

  •  Personalized Training Plan geared towards your goals, abilities and lifestyle.
  •  Detailed Initial consultation to evaluate performance and discuss season goals.
  • Weekly to bimonthly live calls. Access to your coach via text, messenger, and email to stay fully engaged with any changes to your training, schedule, and goals.
  • Online (or in person if local) assessment of your technique/form in strength, swimming, biking and running via video from athlete.
  •  Personalized Workout Log with Tridot or Trainingpeaks 
  •  Monthly analysis of your training.
  • Nutrition and mental preparation

Sometimes both at the same time.

Whether you want to become a stronger, more efficient swimmer — or you feel your heart race the second you step into open water — I coach both.

Pool Coaching – South Suburban Parks and Recreation

In the pool, we slow it down and build it right.

We work on:

  • Stroke mechanics and body position
  • Breathing patterns that actually work under effort
  • Efficient kick and pull
  • Endurance and pacing

If you’re training for a triathlon, rebuilding fitness, or simply tired of feeling stuck in your stroke, we focus on smart technique first — speed follows.

The goal isn’t just to swim more laps.
It’s to swim with control, rhythm, and confidence.

Open Water Coaching -summer– Chatfield State Park

Open water is different. It’s not just physical — it’s mental.

No black line.
No wall.
No lane ropes.
No guaranteed calm.

If you experience open water anxiety, you are not alone. It’s incredibly common — even among strong pool swimmers.

In our open water sessions, we focus on:

  • Anxiety management and breathing reset techniques
  • Gradual exposure and comfort-building
  • Sighting without panic
  • Starts and group swim strategies
  • Wetsuit familiarity and body awareness
  • Learning how to calm your nervous system mid-swim

You don’t “push through” fear.
You learn how to work with it.

We build skill and mental resilience at the same time.
