Health coaching is a process that challenges individuals to develop their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their wellbeing goals into action
by facilitating healthy, sustainable behavior change.
As a Health coach I will spend the time to help you figure out what your personal health and wellness issues are, I can help you develop strategies to overcome them, whether it's that you want to lose weight, reduce stress, sleep better or lower the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Typically, we meet twice a month for about an hour. It can be over the phone, preferable via Zoom or FB message with a camera.
The program lasts anywhere from three months to six months or longer
As a Health coach I can support you by narrowing in on the health and diet information that's relevant to you as an individual. I can provide step-by-step tools to create permanent changes for your health and well-being.
For six sessions: $575
